In this episode Kumu Paʻa Julia Nalani shares about self-validation. Being able to self-validate is important to your feelings of self-worth or worthiness. If you are constantly looking outside of yourself for cues that “I’m OK” you will always be disappointed because other people will always judge you by their own standards which are often tainted by their own life experiences. We must all learn to re-value ourselves so that we can begin the process of healing ourselves and, in doing so, take our place within a healed world.
