About me

Aloha e komo mai/welcome — I’m Kumu Paʻa Julia Nālani Adams, 51st Generation Teacher and Healer of the lineage of Kumu Paʻa Nui Lawrence Kalainia Kamani Aki of Halawa Valley, Molokaʻi. Of Australian and Polynesian descent, I was unikiʻd to Kumu in 2021, affirming my role in Traditional Hawaiian Spirituality, Teaching, and Healing. I guide wāhine/women toward spiritual, mental, and physical renewal, and I teach Hawaiian Protocols, Spirituality, and Healing to non‑Hawaiian Practitioners , preserving Halawa Valley’s ancestral wisdom. My uniki name, Nālani - “the many heavens above” - reflects the ʻike/Ancestral knowledge and wisdom I am entrusted to carry and share.

Pillars of care

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken —
it’s about remembering what’s True and learning to live from that Truth.

Everything I offer rests on three simple pillars that support real, lasting change, grounded in spiritual alignment and lived experience.

Healing begins when we slow down enough to listen.

Rather than forcing change, my work creates the conditions for Truth to surface — for you to come home to yourself, and for alignment to be restored in spirit, mind, body, and life.

Explore How I Work

Truth

Gently naming what is real, so healing can begin at the Source rather than the surface.

Authenticity

Remembering who you are beneath conditioning, expectation, and the roles you carry.

Alignment

Coming back into harmony with spirit, mind, body - embodying and living You in the Now.

  • Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing massage practice passed down through families for generations. It begins with Hawaiian Prayer and Protocol at the level of Spirit, then works through the body with centuries of developed strokes, allowing the mind to quiet and all levels — Spirit, Mind, and Body — to integrate and function as a whole.

  • No — while deeply relaxing, Lomilomi Massage goes far beyond. Its strokes are applied with knowledge passed through generations to support spiritual, mental, and physical integration, restoring alignment, vitality, and wholeness far beyond what most people expect from a massage.

  • Ho‘oponopono is a structured process guided by our Lineage Teachings. It identifies the “stone” — the root cause of unhappiness, conflict, or stagnation — helps you understand your attachment to it, and brings forgiveness for yourself and others so it can be cleared. This restores harmony in Spirit, Mind, and Body. You unstick and move beyond it

  • Mentoring supports women in life transitions or feeling stuck. It combines spiritual guidance, personal development, and practical support to help you reconnect with your authentic self, align with your purpose, and move forward confidently.

  • Yes. Community Hula is a gentle, joyful, and welcoming way to learn Traditional Hawaiian Dance. No prior experience is needed. It reconnects you to your body, rhythm, and cultural expression in a supportive and safe group environment.

  • The best way to know is to talk with me first. A conversation allows us to explore your needs and intentions, and together we can guide you to the offering that will best support you.
